GH Secretagogue Research Blend
MISSION CRITICAL: For in vitro laboratory research only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not evaluated by the FDA. Must be 21+.
CJC/IPA is a research blend combining CJC no DAC (GHRH analog, CAS: 446036-97-1) and Ipamorelin (ghrelin mimetic pentapeptide, CAS: 170851-70-4), two growth hormone secretagogue compounds studied individually in pituitary and endocrine cell models for their complementary receptor activation profiles. The blend is supplied at ≥99% HPLC purity as a lyophilized powder for laboratory research use only.
CJC no DAC component activates the GHRH receptor and its downstream cAMP cascade in pituitary somatotroph cell culture (PMID: 16352683).
Ipamorelin component selectively binds GHS-R1a, triggering intracellular calcium mobilization in endocrine cell models (PMID: 9849822).
Jetté et al. (2005) characterized GHRH analog receptor binding kinetics in anterior pituitary cell models (PMID: 16352683).
